DMCA Policy for Rocky Road Bars
Rocky Road Bars is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for filing counter-notifications regarding content hosted on our platforms related to Rocky Road Bars.
We respect the intellectual property of others and ask that our users do the same. In accordance with the DMCA, if you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Rocky Road Bars service, you may notify our copyright agent as set forth in this policy.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content provided by Rocky Road Bars infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written notice pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

- The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Contact information of the complaining party (address, telephone number, and, if available, email address).
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- The subscriber's name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
- The subscriber's physical or electronic signature.
